First, let me get one thing straight: It works, and it works very well. Reliable, great hold and release mechanism and looks great with any dash layout. Now the bottom line: we don't have a detailed guide. Inside the little box was a bracket that attaches to your CD drive, a phone bracket, a piece of paper that says you can ask someone for help, and a pouch with three rubber seals. Now the phone holder and the CD holder easily fit together. The part that wasn't mentioned in the instructions is using rubber pads: they have glue on one side. They fit into the contact points in the CD compartment. A long middle tray and two short ones on the sides. You will see a recess in which they fit perfectly. Without these rubber buffers, the whole system won't hold up. However, after using it, it works great. This could get 5/5 stars but as they don't mention what the rubber pads are for or where they go this gets a 4/5.
