The reason it's small...
It fits small and the reason is... it's made in China. Save $5 and buy cheaper camouflage leg warmers, no difference. Misleading Advertising. The product packaging says "made in China" but I couldn't find anything in the product ad that says that. Just the desire for "Scandinavian” design.
