is not what I expected. We collect together. The cell never stands still! my hamster had his mouth cut open with a plastic door because it didn't close properly. So she was bleeding from her mouth. All animals will bite their cages when they are new. but it was crazy. The top transparent part was stuck and could not be opened. I noticed that one side of the hinge holding it closed was broken. Parts of the white cage don't stay together. So when you open the cage to clean or take it out, it falls apart every time. Had I known this was going to be a nightmare cage I would NEVER buy it. I hope this will make people think before they buy these cages for their hamsters. I want to return it or get a refund. it has already been used. Here I thought it would be ideal if it could move and not just in a straight cell. It doesn't impress me at all. I don't think I'll ever buy anything like this again, and remember the next time (IF) I swap out the cage I'll actually find out more about it. and make sure all the pieces are together and NOT broken! I received it quickly. but it's the best thing about Prime.
