I am so disappointed in these cans. So many things not to like. I've been canning for 50 years and I'm no beginner. I bought 2 cases and in both cases the seals have such minimal edge channeling that they don't seal well after water bathing. Some of the jars got water in the jams I was working on. Other glasses just didn't close properly - there was no suction. The latter had ill fitting rings which were difficult to fit straight and when you unscrewed the ring for proper storage the seals were exposed! That has NEVER happened to me in all my years. So I couldn't unscrew the rings to add decorative material collars to gift jars.
