Review on Enhance Your Gaming Experience with Wii MotionPlus by Darius Slater

Adds an extra element to your MotionPlus enabled games

I was one of the first Wii users when it came out. WiiMotes (Wii Remote) were simple and didn't have a silicone case. I remember buying some regular silicone cases to protect them. I was happy to see that Nintendo started shipping WiiMotes like this and even sold the Wii MotionPlus with a silicone case. Remember that to get rid of the rumble effect, you need to look for games with the MotionPlus icon. I suspect more games will support Wii MotionPlus in the future. Here's my final use case for the Wii MotionPlus add-on. Game: EA SPORTS Grand Slam Tennis Accessory: Wii Thrustmaster Motion Plus Tennis Duo Pack NW Grand Slam tennis play on the Wii takes on another dimension when you attach a MotionPlus "plug" to the bottom of the remote control. In fact, they can be easily removed from the silicone case and placed on the bottom of the remote control when inserted into another accessory. MotionPlus adds the typical rumble effect and is said to be more sensitive to movement and position. I think it's correct! Getting started playing Grand Slam Wii Tennis isn't easy (unlike Wii Sports Tennis). This game takes some getting used to and some skills. It is my hypothesis that MotionPlus contributes to this realism. Great fun and definitely one of those items you wish you had at least two in your Wii accessory pack. I'll look for other games that use MotionPlus and try them out. This adds another dimension to the Wii, making the Wii even more fun and accessible for those of us who find other consoles more challenging (gaming challenges). 5 Stars!
