I have been using Hatchbox alongside other PLA filaments for years and have never had this problem. The first thing I noticed was that the recommended extruder temperature was about 30 degrees higher than the previous hatchbox coils I've used, which indicated something had changed in the formula. No problem, so I tried a few test prints in five degree increments from 205c to 230c to find a sweet spot. I've never found a single sweet spot. Significant underextrusion was observed at each temperature, followed by die clogging for a few seconds each time. Thought it was just a bad nozzle, replaced it twice and it was still clogged within seconds. After looking for the problem for some time and disassembling the whole hotend I decided to start another thread which has always worked consistently for me and haven't had a single problem since.
