Review on 🔗 Houseables Adjustable Automatic Closing Mortise by Adam Johnson

There were a few rooms in the house that the kids just left open. To keep pets away and control the environment I wanted to keep them closed. These loops were very helpful. For ease of installation and adjustment, I decided to remove the center hinge from both doors that I wanted to keep closed. These hinges matched the holes perfectly, although your mileage may vary. After installation, it was very easy to adjust the closing force/tension. I swapped both out in less than 20 minutes. Only a couple of times did I notice the tension wasn't strong enough to fully close the door. Overall I am very happy with them and will buy them again in the future if I have a similar need.
