The pillow is good enough to hold my iPad or iPhone 8 on a desk for viewing, on my lap in bed or on the couch. I support the device with the bottom cylindrical pad so the crack doesn't get too deep and obstruct the view of the bottom screen. It's not a perfect product, but it suits me. Good balance of softness and hardness. Small enough to travel but big enough for a variety of devices. Seems to be of decent quality. I love the soft plush cover. To disinfect, I put the entire pillow (pillow with cover) in a mesh laundry bag and ran it through the cold cycle of the washing machine. Air dry on the top rails of the drying rack. It came out great. I will definitely buy another one.
