Great addition to our bar mounted home gym

We have a pull rod that attaches to the steel bars in the ceiling instead of the wall. This allows us to add attachments such as armor and resistance bands. But we want to add variety to the exercises, and our online physiotherapist advised us to use gymnastic rings. This was my first time using rings so I was a bit skeptical that the straps would snap under significant weight, especially as I weigh almost 200 pounds. . The woven straps and buckles are sized to hold up well enough, and the rings are so surprisingly smooth that you can crank Australian pull-ups until your biceps, triceps, and back are burned without blistering your palms. I only tried the basic exercises and did not try the complex Iron Cross or Olympia exercises.
