Exceptional use of ball joint tool of choice

For me personally this has never worked the way it should. But it could also be because I didn't buy the right ball joint size for my car. I'm not sure. But I actually came up with another, unorthodox way of using this tool that I'm actually quite happy with, but I'm still not giving it any stars because that's not the way this tool is meant to be used. , and I don't recommend it as it's probably not the safest. In general, if you've ever tried to change the ball joints on Ford Taurus, let's just say this is "not the easiest" quote, to put it mildly. The method I finally developed after doing this job a few times is as follows: I drive this tool into position as hard as I can. It's still too wide to really pop the ball joint out with a single hammer blow. But what I do then is when I wedge it in as much as possible, I use one hand to push the handle inward to hold the tool in place, and with the other hand I smack the center of the tool handle down. as hard as i can Sometimes the tool crashes. But after doing this a few times, the ball joint usually pops out of the knuckle eventually. Congratulations, it's a boy.
