The best part about working at TNL was their friendly culture, which made it easy going in terms what we do there! And I think this also allowed me as an employee from time-to tme be able solve issues when they came up without much hassle so far - great team spirit!! This could really improve if our manager gets more social media skills since he only uses LinkedIn (which can get outdated).
But overall not too bad considering how small business are nowadays where everyone has his/her own way doing things but still want results out off hard work done by employees themselves.- No one likes missing deadlines especially important ones like delivering cargo orders within specfic dates given to them- Lack transparency between customers & supervisors regarding shipments being delivered late / early etc.
