Reduced airflow by 80%, our unit turned out to be frozen
This filter became clogged very quickly and when we called a technician to check it we said our airflow was around 80% of that filter sunk, making air passage difficult. It sounds good to have a filter that blocks allergens and all, but not when it also runs our air conditioner 80% more just to cool our house, and eventually even freezes due to lack of airflow. I really wanted to like this filter, but I can't recommend it after this experience. Btw, our device is a 1 1/2 year old rom system if it helps anyone.
