Review on 🔪 Tandy Leather Craftool French Edge Skiving Tool 88080-00: Professional-grade precision for seamless leather crafting by Doris Tran

I'll admit I'm still a novice at leatherworking but I think this is a very decent edger. It takes a little practice to get used to the angle, but once you get the hang of it, it will cut well. What confuses me is that the blade doesn't last very long before it needs to be touched up. There is a big difference between before and after sharpening with a belt that looks like a grinding knife. As this is the only edger I have I can't compare it to a more expensive product but I think it's good for my job. Would recommend to anyone in the leather business especially those on a tight budget.
