The most beneficial part about AVA is that you have all of your information gathered from every input within one place instead of looking up 3 different things separately! I am not yet totally happy with some functions but there are many other companies like this to choose between and it's just choosing what works best!! We had several people who were unable to use computers well or navigate them so we got these training videos online which helped ease their stress immensely over time. The user friendly platform makes it easy to create and customize reports for our customers. I really enjoy how customizable the system is through templates. Reports are very easy to create. There is an extensive library of variables that can be used to create custom report types. Not much to dislike about this product. It has been extremely beneficial for our organization to have the ability to keep track of all of our accounts payable transactions.
