Unfortunately it only worked for about a week without any problems. Then all of a sudden it started stopping and I couldn't get it to work. I decided to punch it - it worked again briefly - I got a refund from the seller and I don't think he/she wants it back so I looked at how it was supposed to work and it is a CD drive. which keeps getting stuck. I push down on the plastic holding the reader until it returns to the start of its run. Sometimes that's all it takes, sometimes it just doesn't work. When it works the sound is really good - better than the old one I had. The only thing that really disappoints me for not being able to use it is that it has a headphone jack where I can put my REAL headphones and theoretically go into a trance state (if not the fact that the thing stops working). not the seller's fault. My relationship with the seller was absolutely professional. Unfortunately, this is a product. I thought it was that close to a 5 star purchase. So now I have to look for another one and hope it works and has a headphone jack.
