Shopping Online with BAINING Was a Disappointment

Unfortunately, my most recent online purchasing experience with BAINING was not a positive one. Their website is user-friendly, and they have a wide variety of things to choose from, however I was disappointed by their poor quality control and service. My newest restoration job required a few pieces of HVAC and construction supply equipment, which I ordered online. When they arrived, however, I was surprised to find that they did not match the online description. The equipment wasn't functioning properly, and several of the supplies were broken. Their customer service was poor and condescending when I contacted them. No one seemed concerned about my problems or offered to replace or refund the defective items. My product took a lot longer to arrive than I was told it would, and the checkout process was a pain. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my BAINING online purchase and would not suggest the company to anyone. In conclusion, BAINING has a lot going for it in terms of product variety and website usability, but they fall short in other areas, particularly in terms of customer service and the quality of the products themselves. My future financial dealings will be with a different company.
