I was tired of constantly lugging my mash cooler (running propane) in and out of the basement and even more tired of being dependent on the weather on brew day. This is a great solution for those days when I just want to brew good beer indoors. The system is efficient and foolproof. She has trouble losing heat, especially during mashing. To fix this I wrapped it in Reflectix insulation and it changed the world. Two bottles of beer and I am very happy with the quality of the beer. However, I highly recommend using a hop spider as well for a cleaner transfer. This way you can also use the hydromassage pump if you wish. If you tried this without the spider you would most likely clog the pump. Five stars so far.
