The impressive body complements the equally impressive functionality of the Pi 4

I'm impressed. The photo shows the Pi 3B in a standard case above for size comparison. Arrived with Pi 4B and M.2 SSD SATA adapter already installed (already updated with current SATA controller firmware). Includes Micro SD with Raspbian and pre-installed drivers for fan control and power button functions. Power can be turned on instantly without a SATA drive (2.5" laptop HDD/SSD or M.2 SATA SSD). Philips #1, along with the included hex wrench, partially disassembles the case so a SATA drive can be added. Installed 2.5" 7200rpm SATA II 500GB (mechanical) Hard Drive left over from a laptop upgrade seven years ago. The 5V power adapter that comes with the case is higher wattage (more amps) than the standard Pi 4B adapter and is enough to power a 2.5" laptop mechanical hard drive, although the Most use a 2.5" SSD or an M.2 SATA SSD. . Please note that the SATA controller cannot work with M.2 NVMe, only SATA. Many early preview reports of the product on blogs and YouTube falsely claimed that this was possible, leading to dismay when it was finally released to the public. It's not a gaming console, but it is if you're looking for a small, nondescript Linux desktop microcomputer. that consumes less than 20 watts (without a monitor) and can run a web browser, email and office applications (Libre Office... a full-featured Linux MS Office). . . it could be a ticket.
