Difficult to work with, not good for small dents

Based on the rave reviews I thought this would be a great product. I have a house with bathrooms about 15 years old, with small joints. It's okay, but the ringing bothered me. So I brought this product based on the excellent reviews. I'm quite handy with my hands and we do light home repairs ourselves. 1) I found this product VERY difficult to work with. The two epoxies are very thick and will stick to anything making it difficult to get a true 50-50 mix of the two. 2) The "tools" provided are just ridiculous! The bowl has no weight and the epoxy from the tiny tool is difficult to drain into the bowl. Also funny is the putty knife that glides over the epoxy mix instead of smoothing it out. 3) I suspect the product is suitable for really old bathtubs in very poor condition as improvements are being made, but in my case I wish I had only left small dents, it was less noticeable. 4) The product cannot be smoothed or blended very thin, I had streaks which are really unattractive when trying to smooth the excess around the dents. 5) It is VERY bright white. My tub is not old and the epoxy mix is much lighter and whiter than the tub. This way everyone can see the repair area. So maybe improving really old bathtubs and sinks will help, in which case everything will be an improvement. But it's not the best product for small dents. And the manufacturer should change the packaging. Instead of the difficult to process epoxy tubes, how about clear tubes with measurement markings on the tubes? How about a bowl with heavier weight and tools that work but cost 5 cents more to make?
