Review on 🍳 T-fal Ingenio Preference Stainless Steel Cookware Set - Fry, Sauce Pans, Pots, Lids & Removable Handles, 13-Piece Collection by Lisa Vogt

Interesting set with detachable handles

I like the compactness of this set! I seem to have a lot of pots and not much closet space, so this is a really smart decision. Pots are non-stick coated. I have no problem with sticking on pans, but sometimes I overheat or ignore something for too long and appreciate the cleanability of the nonstick coating. However, it's okay. The set comes with two handles. I thought there was a handle for each pot but there isn't. Lids are not for every pan. I mean I love the big pan lid! Luckily, I usually keep the lids even when I throw away the old pots, so I have a few of the best. I love that the set comes with storage lids (although the pot lids are quite small, you can just use them for storage). The detachable handle is convenient for storage. I usually leave the handle on while cooking as it feels like I'm holding it to stir. It can be more of a habit as the weight of most foods keeps the pans from moving. And they are easy to put on and take off so I could just grab them when I pick up my spoon. So I think it takes a little getting used to the grip, it just won't be there automatically. The lids are designed to best fit the handle. out. The lid still fits when it is switched on, it only lifts a little on the handle bar. This is probably because it is intended to be used mostly without handles. Again, I think it's more of a habit since I'm new to this handleless pot on my stovetop. The overall performance is excellent. The storage options are even better. If I had to change something, I would add non-stick coating to all pans and include lids for all pans.
