I often ride my hybrid bike on bad roads. (I live in Wyoming. Hey, we get that here.) I got this saddle because my bike came with a saddle that hurt my sit bones (you know, your "sit bones"), and it wasn't gentle to my reproductive function. Organs too (you know, yours. yeah.) Great bone padding and a deep channel so other things don't wobble down there. Not the cheapest saddle, nor the most expensive, but I've ridden washboards a few hundred miles and it's the real deal. Highly recommended. Incidentally, one reviewer suggested going to a bike shop to adjust the incline if you're uncomfortable in the seat, which is great advice. Everyone knows when seat height is good or bad, but you can't always tell the tilt. It is very important.
