Separately, it should be noted that it is the isolate, hydrolysates, amino acids that are optimal - not that, they are not absorbed like a good isolate, the body does not perceive them just as food already, it is the protein isolate that is needed, not amino ! ! I tried amino acids - in general, it’s not at the root if you relatively rely on protein (for example, instead of 2 meals of meat), and not purely as an additive, you need an isolate that is not divided directly into amino acids at all, I repeat, amino acids are not absorbed this way. I mean, it is precisely with amino acid complexes, where the protein is completely divided into amino (albeit complete, especially BSA), that it is impossible to get the protein, even taking the "right" amount, and this protein can almost completely replace, say, an egg or cottage cheese in the evening, the main thing know when to stop and not get carried away too much, I myself do 2 meals - the first is mainly from carbohydrates, the second is protein-carbohydrate, and the third is a portion of this protein, for 5 years I have been taking about 40-50% of all consumed protein from this protein. I take 1 or a double serving at night, depending on how I managed to eat during the day. Not advertising, in fact QNT isolate - THING, the Belgians have calculated the optimal composition ! , serious science ! , not like all sorts of Polish there.
