It's not bad, but it doesn't have a lot of features, like ability to store pictures or be able to send patients emails directly through their patient portal so they can access them from anywhere if needed in an emergency situation (I could do this with my old doctor). I love how well organized everything looks when you are looking at your schedule/billings etc.. Also being able to set reminders and see all appointments made throughout day for quick check ins! Not many things really!! There isn't much I dislike about using chirpspring at least now that there has been no training involved as far as setting up accounts or anything else. The most helpful thing was definitely finding out more information after logging into our online account which allowed me to figure out where best we should focus next! I like that I can easily access my patients from anywhere and anytime. I also like that I can use the software to help my patients with their health problems. I dislike that sometimes I can't access my patient's notes very well. Sometimes I have to search for a while to find what I am looking for. I also dislike that the software is kind of expensive. I would recommend this software to other chiropractors. It has helped my office run smoothly. It has also helped me keep up with my patients.
