Great customer engagement tool for contact centre agents

I like how it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface that allows one-touch response with customers in our contact center! The app also syncs well across devices (phone or tablet) so we can easily access customer data at any time from wherever they are located - whether thats home or travelling overseas/on holiday etc. It would be great if you could have multiple users within your organization using different accounts but this function doesnt currently exist as far i know! However its been very useful since being implemented last year at my workplace and solving many issues associated working remotely during Covid 19 lockdown.
