Review on 🔪 Rada Cutlery Everyday Paring Knife - USA Made, Stainless Steel Blade, 6-3/4 Inch, 1-Pack, Aluminum Handle - Silver by Brian West

My mom had a set of these knives and I loved cutting with them. A few years ago I was looking for a set for my own kitchen, bought a set and just bought a few more paring knives. They stay sharp (and are easy to sharpen once dull). The handles will discolor over time, but the blade will hold up well, which is an important part. This is an aesthetic issue and has nothing to do with the quality of the knives or their ability to cut well. They are easy to use and clean up well in the dishwasher (although I usually hand wash). These are my favorite paring knives of all time!
