Good fit for sanding belts

I'm a wood turner and was looking for sandpaper to smooth out the narrow (1/4 inch wide) chiseled grooves. They worked fine. They seemed to work. They clog up quickly but that could be due to their narrow surface. The backing was strong and was able to withstand the pulling contact surface force when I sanded with the wood spinning at 2000rpm. In one case was the groove too narrow and the strap hung on the side/edge of the groove and pulled out of my hands, not torn Buy again!
