Overall this is a very good blender, especially for the price. The only drawback is that the hot and cold water pipes are reversed. If you connect a cold pipe to a cold inlet, you have to turn the knob to the right to get hot water. Maybe they do in China, but in the US, hot water should be on the left. So when you do the installation, make sure you connect it the wrong way around, otherwise you'll have to repeat that too. Also, the supplied water pipe fittings are very short, requiring adapters to lengthen them. If your existing lines are about 18 inches long, you should be fine. But anything longer will require an adapter and a different hose.
