I have used all ports on my computer and also wanted to be able to turn specific ports on and off instead of turning them off every time. This is perfect for my needs. I love that it has a dedicated smart charging port that charges at 2.4 amps. You can still use other charging ports, but they won't charge fast. I love the fact that I can turn off my phone's charging when the battery is fully charged instead of leaving it charged all the time and without having to unplug the cable. I also have my webcam plugged into one of the ports and I can just flip a switch to disable the webcam so I don't have to worry about being spied on. This is much higher quality than I expected.
