A very solid radiator with a first class guarantee. The Mishimoto staff have truly outdone themselves when it comes to customer service. I bought this cooler to replace an original unit that was damaged by the previous owner of my car. Unfortunately, a few months later, I had an accident myself, which caused the new radiator to burst. Warranty Mishimoto will replace the unit at the specified shipping cost with proper damage documentation and a police or insurance report. <---KEEP ATTENTION, I did not have a police report documenting the collision as the only car damaged was my own and I was planning to fix it myself. Mishimoto was still working with me to replace the block at face value. Not only was it a replacement for the shipping cost, but it saved me from losing my device entirely. They didn't have to be so generous and I am eternally grateful to them. You've gained another lifetime customer.
