Great customer experience platform designed to keep everyone connected

I love that my team can have access from anywhere in our organization, at any time of day or night with no hassle (or cost). This is great because we are often working very long hours during busy times when most people aren't available for support questions/answers via phone calls etc., but still want quick answers without having someone physically sitting next door waiting their turn while they wait out-of -office responses back over email which takes longer than just calling them up directly if you ask me!! The system works well enough as far as what's been implemented thusfar; however there needs more work done before this service becomes truly useful across all departments within an enterprise org structure where many different customers require multiple solutions / products being purchased by various teams throughout your business units. Some features such as creating custom forms would be nice too see added down into future releases though maybe not feasible due some.
