I bought this despite admitting that I knew it wasn't the most expensive fancy kitchen appliance. I unboxed it and was initially impressed by how nice it looked. Then I check for browning. It comes with a handy toast chart that was amazingly accurate. The dial does not "click" between one number and another. So if you like your 2.5 toast (like me) then you have it. The toaster is easy to use and understand. The cancel button works great. Reheating works great (if you forgot your toast the first time). I haven't defrosted the toast yet, but I've had no problems with it. It seems easy to clean with the bottom shell coming out from the back. The cable exits out the front (weird I know) but can easily be routed to the rear using the cable clips on the bottom outside. To be honest, I didn't know I could fall in love with such an affordable product.
