I like this toaster much better than my old toaster. Bread toasts much better between 2 and 3. I don't like dark or burnt toast. If not, don't go higher than 3.

The first toaster I received had a problem and the seller sent me a new one for free as soon as I commented. New toaster works great as described!

Update: Contacted support and they sent a replacement promptly. Very happy with their service. Problems with it started after just a month of light use. The button doesn't stay pressed to prevent the toast from being held, so all you have to do is guess when it's done and let go. Very disappointed.

Slightly disappointed with this toaster. It works great and all, but I really wanted something big enough to fit the bagels in. I thought all wide slot toasters could fit in it. Apparently I was wrong. Bagels DO NOT FIT. Also, it's good to get over a new smell. I saw a notice saying it wasn't suitable for bagels, but only after trying to put a bagel in it. I would try to return it but we no longer have the box. Guess he runs to the local Wal-Mart.
