It makes toast best in toaster ovens

Update: Contacted support and they sent a replacement promptly. Very happy with their service. Problems with it started after just a month of light use. The button doesn't stay pressed to prevent the toast from being held, so all you have to do is guess when it's done and let go. Very disappointed.
