not to be used for critical components or safety systems
It works and it is indeed a bearing but right out of the box you can tell the tolerances and end play are high. But then again, for $1 each, it's not bad. I bought this to convert an ABS pump motor on a Mercedes ML55 but decided to use a brand name instead. I would definitely trust him to use it on rollerblades, skateboards and those bikes.
