Overall, I'm pretty happy with the final product. All the pieces were included and it was pretty easy to put together. That said, the bamboo woodentop, which was the piece I was most excited about , came with a deep crack that pretty much split the board into 1/3 and 2/3pieces (see pic). Rather than repack all the pieces and send this back, my husband and I decided to just buy wood glue clamp the wooden board and let it sit for a few hours. That did the trick. The final product looks great and it's just what we needed for an in-home coffee station. If you don't mind having to resolve minor issues then I recommend that you buy this because it seems that a lot of broken pieces are overlooked by their quality control. I really wish I could give this more stars just because it's such a lovely piece but if you're going to advertise real bamboo for the top than at least send a piece that isn't damaged!
