Sorry but that's not a very good design. There are bare metal teeth designed to bite into the lid you are trying to open. The problem I had was that I didn't want to scratch the side of the lid because next time it essentially prevents you from opening it manually due to the sharp edge created by the scratching and also looks bad . So I tried not to scratch too hard or it would slide off and not reveal anything. Bad design! They should have added a silicone grip (instead of a rubber grip which also slips easily) instead of metal teeth. The mechanism is thought through to the smallest detail. So if a small improvement is made, this product gets 5 stars.
