The vacuum cleaner's packaging looked like it had been opened and then sealed with tape. together. So I wasn't too surprised to find the missing parts. Two of the four rollers that were supposed to come with the vacuum were missing. But as it turns out, it's not that bad. I still had the beefy wheeled platform and 10-gallon stainless steel tank from my previous Shop Vac. And the motor housing of the new vacuum cleaner just fits perfectly on it. So everything was thrown away from the new vacuum cleaner except for the motor and a few accessories. It was a lot easier than returning the vacuum or waiting for the clerk to find two new rolls, assuming they were in stock at all. So I'm very happy with the result, especially as the new engine turned out to be a sucker nut, probably thanks to the SVX2 engine technology, whatever it is. I suggest that you should also buy a replacement switch when you buy it. My last two shop vacs failed due to a bad switch and a replacement switch for my last vacuum was nowhere available even though the vacuum was only about 4-5 years old.
