Dead battery, outdated software, BIOS crash

Lenovo T430 arrived on time, about 3 days ago. However, after carefully discharging and fully charging the battery, it was dead within two hours. Two or three times before I called and the person promised to send a new battery. A sticker inside the computer said it had Windows 7. On the other hand it was written that he had Windows 10 Pro, so I used the latest key and downloaded Windows 10. Today I tried to download Linux, they promised it would work. It wouldn't boot and then said the windows 10 system is too old to run obungo or similar, linux. I've tried updating Windows 10 three times. Each time I reached 100% utilization and refused to work. I then spent two hours with Microsoft's Deepshika while he promised to fix Windows software, including deleting 60,000 Windows files from my computer. Then, while my computer was booting from 87% to 92%, Deepshika left the call. I ordered a replacement battery and received a completely identical computer. I followed the computer prompts to update the software including the BIOS with Lenovo Vantage and tried it. An hour and a few hours later, the computer does not restart. I searched Google for "t430 BIOS Update Failure" and got 66,300 results.
