This accelerator is a reliable little guy! I'm using it on my Panasonic Lumix G9 with Canon EF lenses and it's working pretty well so far. The autofocus tends to yaw a bit, but I think it's pretty decent overall. I tend to stick to manual mode (manual focus as well as manual mode) for video work and I prefer it. Everything is fine for photography with autofocus. Not as fast as my native camera, but I'm pretty impressed with the optics so far. It's nice to have a slightly larger aperture for low-light situations. I like it when the lens fits the camera, there's no wiggle room, and it fits snugly (no squeaks or snags). I have never used Metabones Speed. The amp is in the front so I can't compare but for the price this is what I was looking for.
