I like how easy it was to get connected via phone or email when needed in order to inquire about an issue we were having regarding our project plans/plans being approved by city officials etc., We also liked their customer service department as well! The only thing i disliked at this time would be if they could offer more services outside of just planning such as other types of architecture firms (such as interior design).

Everything seemed very efficient too..i think there’s definitely room still available inside swapa group especially since its brand new.to expand upon many ideas currently already listed under "projects" section
