I like how easy it was to get connected via phone or email when needed in order to inquire about an issue we were having regarding our project plans/plans being approved by city officials etc., We also liked their customer service department as well! The only thing i disliked at this time would be if they could offer more services outside of just planning such as other types of architecture firms (such as interior design). My favorite part about Swappa was its ability to get me what I wanted at an affordable price! It also helped us keep track of our bids during this time when everything seemed out of control (and it really did). We had no problems with swappap until recently they started charging $1 per bid to be able to view them any longer which has caused some delays in getting information from other contractors/customers as well. I like having all my job documents in one place! It makes it easy when submitting jobs through other companies or subcontractors (which are sometimes difficult). There really isn't anything bad about this program so far; however if you have some problems please contact them immediately before leaving negative feedback as they will work hard at making things right especially during their free trial period which lasts over 30 days!!
