It worked great for a long time, that is until I had to change the Wi-Fi password on my router. The provided @mywifiext.net website is not available so you cannot change the password. When I finally found a troubleshooting tip online that allowed me to change the passwords on the extender to match the router, I did it and it still won't connect. UPDATE: My Netgear AC1900 model EX7000 actually died today. It is lit, except for the 2.4 and 5 GHz indicators, which means that no Wi-Fi frequency is working anymore. Cannot connect to WiFi. It's like this thing slowly degraded and then just died within 3 months of purchase and installation. I've tried rebooting and even the recessed reset button.
