It worked great for a long time, that is until I had to change the Wi-Fi password on my router. The provided @mywifiext.net website is not available so you cannot change the password. When I finally found a troubleshooting tip online that allowed me to change the passwords on the extender to match the router, I did it and it still won't connect. When they called Netgear, they told me I needed to move the router and power strip to different parts of the house to troubleshoot. talk about painful experiences. I didn't have to waste time unplugging and moving things around the house just because I changed my Wi-Fi passwords. it's totally funny! It still does not work. What a terrible neck pain.
