Disappointing wood for arts and crafts

I was excited to start my woodcarving project with this unfinished wood, but boy was I disappointed. After I put it to the test, the wood was too brittle and prone to chipping. It made my crafting experience frustrating and not enjoyable at all. The only good thing about it is that it arrived on time. I do not recommend this wood for any serious woodcrafters out there. Save your money and invest in better quality wood.

Requires sanding and finishing, adding extra steps to the project
