may be TMI but these changed my pumping experience! First time mom. Didn't know why my nipples would explode in size and pull through the flange. I am so glad a YouTuber mentioned getting inserts because my lactation consultant didn't even mention it. These fit perfectly in my spectra s2 flanges (24mm). Make sure you measure your nipple size before pumping and after to get the appropriate fit. After I breastfeed my baby my nipples get larger so I then alternate between this one and the 25mm inserts (different company) with my 28mm flanges. Good cost efficient route to try before going to the beaugens or pumping pals. For now these will work, and I am thankful!
