1. In the description below it says there is a remote control but there is no remote control. I bought it because it says the remote control is included.2. Shortcomings - sharp edges on the inner wall of the bath, pain in the calves. Put a towel on that sharp edge but it still hurts too much. very bad design with edges instead of very big radii for more comfort.3. Round-bottomed balls are uncomfortable, too big. only 2 pairs, the result is the entire heaviness of the foot on a pair of balls, painful. Balls about an inch off the bottom of the tub, too high - painful. Some reviewers said very good massage. how can it be beautiful the balls are huge and the motors spin too fast - painful.4. Temperature control is not intuitive. only goes up, not down. There is no temperature reduction button.5. the exact same device at Walmart for only $82.79. I would have bought a Walmart, but this unit said 'remote control'.
