Easily swapped these in to replace a couple of failed Leviton timers for bathroom fans. They appear to work well, although I preferred the simplicity of the Leviton design, even though they failed prematurely. The operation of the Enerlites switches aren't very intuitive: 1) when you push the big button at the bottom, it isn't obvious how long the load will stay on for, 2) there is a hidden stay-on mode if you hold the big button down for 4 secs, 3) the LED on the big button turns OFF when the load is on, and 4) if you push any of the small timer buttons when the load is already on, not obvious what should be happening. Finally, the blue LEDs are REALLY bright. Like stare-at a-blue-laser-and-sear-your-retinas bright when you are walking into a dark bathroom. I expected they'd be bright given all the warnings on the revain page, but not THIS bright. It is kinda crazy that the manufacturer would chose to use LEDs that bright in a product like this -- it just kinda makes no sense.
