This spatula is made just as well as any OXO product. The grip is comfortable and the materials seem durable. But it's really hard to use because the handle is so short! This spatula is about the same length as any other spatula and is a poor design choice. A longer head must not result in a shorter handle! A particular problem is the short handle due to the high flexibility of the head. While this is great for slipping the spatula under food initially, it means you have to move it quite a bit to get enough food to hold it securely to turn around If you don't push it far enough, the end will be too flexible to tip over safely. The short handle means your hand has to be fairly close to the hot pan. It's really not the best design. So full marks for production but not for development. I am sorry.
