Review on Four Paws Foot Puppy Cable by Stacey Wallace

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No more twists and turns!

Pleased they (I bought 2) work as intended although I bought them 5ft longer than the other one we had which broke. It's been about a month since I first got them and started using them. Although I had it too long for my purpose, I just wrapped it around our back porch post one or two more times and it worked. It works great, I'm actually a bit lighter than the old leashes I had so I was a little worried it might hold our dogs weight so I waited to post my review. I didn't have to worry, although they are lighter than my previous bindings they are stronger, the metal clips hold up great and we don't have to worry about dogs running away because the clip fails (happens with our old ones) and the best part is is that we no longer have to worry about untangling the evil thread because the dogs somehow ended up twisting and tangling it (although there is NOTHING around them to twist/tangle)! We have 2 dogs, one is a purebred chihuahua, a 7 lb female and the other is a 12-13 lb mix (probably chihuahua, dachshund, some type of terrier and who knows what else). We need to use these leashes weekly as the 7 lb dog is an aggressive dog that should not be let loose around other dogs as he will fight. Our back yard is fenced but when both dogs need to go potty at the same time we use them to tie them both up outside. We also use them because snakes (including rattlesnakes), raccoons, armadillos, possums, rabbits, and a number of other woodland creatures will find their way under or over our wooden fence but rarely get as far as our back porch or 10 feet. Dogs are allowed on these ties. Although even the fenced part of the yard is huge.
