Works for my SATA M.2 SSD
Minutes after delivery, I installed my SSD that I removed from a broken laptop. I connected to an external USB 3 port on my Windows desktop computer. The two drive letters were immediately visible and I was copying files in no time. It just works. The internal M.2/SATA enclosure caused boot conflicts and it worked. Defect? The electronics are exposed so you need to be careful when handling them when inserting.
